Both Tastings will bring our Master Distiller, Jim Sargent and Managing Director Leslie Sargent over from Maui to serve a selection of their award-winning rums and liqueurs and answer questions about their tiny craft distillery, the oldest in Hawai'i.
Haleakala Distillers' fine craft-distilled rums and okolehao are available to try at many bars, restaurants and hotels throughout Hawai'i. They are for sale at most fine liquor stores in Hawaii, including many ABC stores and Whalers General Stores.

If you purchase any of our rums or 'Okolehao in Hawai'i, you will save money compared to any other source. All airlines allow you to put our 80 proof products in your CHECKED luggage to take home. Special closures will not open in transit. Do not try to take any alcoholic beverage in your carry-on luggage; TSA will relieve you of it at check-in.

Can I purchase Haleakala Distillers products direct from the Distillery?
No, you cannot. Our local regulators have seen fit to allow both wineries and brew pubs to sell their products directly to consumers, while forbidding the same sort of transaction for distilleries. We would like to sell to you directly, but are constrained from doing so by local regulations, so until regulation in our state becomes more fair and even-handed, we cannot sell you anything, only refer you to one of the fine outlets listed above.
